Last updated: June 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how NobleOps AI collects, uses, discloses, protects, and retains information when you visit our website, submit an inquiry, schedule a call, use our chat features, communicate with us, or engage with our AI revenue operations, automation, consulting, and related services.
1. Who We Are
NobleOps AI is a founder-led AI revenue infrastructure and operations company based in Toronto, Ontario. We help growth-stage service companies improve lead handling, follow-up workflows, pipeline visibility, admin operations, reporting, and related revenue operations systems.
For privacy-related questions, requests, or concerns, you can contact us at hello@nobleops.ca.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, forms, booking tools, chat widget, email communications, discovery calls, service inquiries, assessments, audits, consulting engagements, automation builds, and related business interactions.
Some client engagements may be governed by additional written agreements, such as a statement of work, master services agreement, confidentiality agreement, data processing addendum, or security terms. If there is a conflict between this public Privacy Policy and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement will generally govern that engagement.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, provide services, operate our website, improve our systems, and communicate with you.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact information: such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, role, website, and company details.
- Inquiry information: such as details you submit about your business, revenue operations, lead flow, tools, workflows, bottlenecks, goals, and service needs.
- Booking information: such as meeting times, scheduling preferences, call notes, and information submitted through booking tools.
- Communication information: such as emails, call notes, chat messages, form submissions, and records of our interactions with you.
- Website and analytics information: such as pages visited, browser type, device information, general location data, referral sources, interaction data, cookies, pixels, and similar technical information.
- Client operational information: if you become a client, we may access or process limited business workflow information, CRM fields, lead data, pipeline data, system logs, API payloads, automation test data, reporting data, or other operational information needed to audit, design, validate, or support agreed systems.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- respond to your inquiry or request;
- schedule and prepare for calls, audits, or assessments;
- evaluate whether our services are a good fit for your business;
- audit, design, build, test, document, improve, or support agreed workflows and systems;
- communicate about proposals, services, project updates, invoices, support, or account matters;
- understand how visitors use our website and improve website performance;
- protect the security, integrity, and reliability of our website and services;
- comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, contractual, or recordkeeping obligations;
- send relevant business communications where permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
5. Data Minimization and Least-Privilege Access
NobleOps AI uses a data minimization and least-privilege approach. This means we aim to request, access, and process only the information reasonably needed for the specific inquiry, audit, engagement, workflow, automation, or support task.
When client systems are involved, we aim to use scoped access, client-owned accounts, limited permissions, test environments, sample data, or restricted views where practical. We do not request broad access to client systems unless it is necessary for the agreed work.
Clients remain responsible for controlling their own accounts, permissions, user access, internal policies, and approval processes within their tools and systems.
6. AI and API Processing
Some NobleOps AI services may involve AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, language models, CRM integrations, webhooks, workflow builders, analytics tools, or other third-party platforms. These tools may process limited information as needed to perform agreed tasks such as categorization, summarization, drafting, routing, scoring, reporting, workflow testing, or system validation.
NobleOps AI does not use client revenue data, lead information, pipeline metrics, workflow data, or submitted client operational information to train public large language models or public foundational AI models. We also avoid intentionally submitting confidential client operational data into consumer AI tools for general model training.
Where AI APIs or business AI platforms are used, we aim to use business/API settings and providers that are designed for private processing and that state they do not use business/API inputs and outputs to train models by default, where such options are available. However, third-party providers maintain their own terms, policies, retention practices, security practices, and infrastructure, and clients should review the policies of any tools approved for use in their workflow.
7. Third-Party Tools and Service Providers
We may use trusted third-party tools and service providers to operate our website, communicate with prospects and clients, schedule calls, host files, process forms, analyze website performance, build automations, provide AI/API functionality, manage projects, send email, or support client systems.
These may include categories such as:
- website hosting and deployment platforms;
- form, CRM, email, and communication tools;
- calendar and booking platforms;
- analytics and website performance tools;
- automation and integration platforms;
- AI API providers and workflow infrastructure tools;
- cloud storage, documentation, and project management tools;
- payment, accounting, or invoicing providers, where relevant.
These providers may process information on our behalf or as independent service providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We only share information with third parties where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, where authorized by you, or where required by law.
8. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
Our website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, embedded tools, logs, or similar technologies to understand website performance, improve user experience, measure traffic, secure the website, and support marketing or operational analysis.
You can usually adjust cookie settings through your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect certain website features, embedded tools, forms, analytics, booking functionality, or chat features.
A separate Cookie Notice may provide more detail about the types of cookies and tracking technologies used on this website.
9. Communications and Marketing
If you contact us, submit a form, schedule a call, or engage with our services, we may use your contact information to respond to you and communicate about relevant services, proposals, updates, or follow-up items.
Where required by applicable law, we will rely on consent or another permitted basis before sending commercial electronic messages. Commercial communications will include identification information and a way to unsubscribe or opt out where legally required.
10. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to inquiries, manage client relationships, provide services, maintain business records, satisfy legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve systems, and maintain security.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, contractual requirements, legal obligations, backup practices, and operational needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete, anonymize, archive, or securely restrict it where practical.
11. Safeguards and Security
We use practical administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, least-privilege permissions, secure account practices, limited sharing, documentation, internal review, and careful use of approved third-party tools.
No website, software platform, internet transmission, AI system, API, cloud provider, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be fully secure. Clients are responsible for maintaining secure credentials, internal access controls, and appropriate security practices within their own tools, accounts, and teams.
12. Cross-Border Processing
Some of the tools, platforms, infrastructure providers, or service providers we use may store or process information outside of Ontario or Canada, including in the United States or other jurisdictions. When information is processed outside your jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
By using our website, submitting information, scheduling a call, or engaging with our services, you understand that information may be processed or stored by third-party providers in other jurisdictions as reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide services.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, request deletion of certain information, or ask questions about our privacy practices.
To make a privacy request, email hello@nobleops.ca. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, contractual, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

Our privacy approach is guided by principles such as accountability, identifying purposes, consent, limiting collection, limiting use and disclosure, retention limits, accuracy, safeguards, openness, individual access, and the ability to challenge compliance.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, services, tools, legal requirements, operational practices, or privacy approach. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
